Custom DOT TELLS Playing Cards for Cafés, Bars and Private Labels
Turn original or properly licensed character artwork into a retail-ready 54-card deck for cafés, bars, gift shops and private-label programs. THRIWA coordinates card stock, printing, surface finish and the folding tuck box as one production-ready specification.
DOT TELLS reference deck with coordinated character artwork across the cards and packaging.
A Character Deck Designed for Hospitality Retail
A compact deck gives a character brand a practical retail format: it is easy to display, simple to ship and familiar to customers. The DOT TELLS reference combines a friendly bird mascot with coffee and cocktail imagery, making the concept suitable for counter displays, venue merchandise, gift programs and themed promotions.
For OEM projects, the artwork, colors and packaging can be adapted to the buyer’s own licensed property or brand system. The finished specification is confirmed from the supplied files rather than copied from a fixed template.
Why the format works
- Recognizable character system: A consistent mascot links card faces, jokers, card backs and packaging.
- Two packaging directions: Cream and red reference colorways show how one concept can support different venues or campaigns.
- Standard retail footprint: Poker-size cards and a folding tuck box fit common display and shipping formats.
- Flexible branding: Logos, colors, legal copy and licensed artwork can be adjusted for the target market.
- Gift-ready presentation: Coordinated cards and packaging create a complete product rather than a loose promotional item.

Check Existing THRIWA Die-Cut Sizes
Review the available poker, bridge, tarot and packaging die lines before finalizing artwork. Using an existing format may avoid new tooling; suitability is confirmed during prepress review.
Artwork, Finishes and Packaging Options
Supply editable or press-ready artwork in PDF, AI or CDR format at 300 dpi with the required bleed. THRIWA’s prepress team checks dimensions, bleed, safe areas and packaging files before sampling.
- Card artwork: Customize faces, backs, jokers and optional advertising or instruction cards.
- Brand and character use: Use only artwork that you own or are authorized to reproduce.
- Color control: Provide Pantone references when critical brand colors need closer matching.
- Special finishes: Foil stamping, spot UV, embossing and debossing are reviewed against the artwork.
- Tuck-box design: Coordinate exterior graphics, inside print, legal copy and barcode placement.
- Pack-out options: Add shrink wrapping, a seal, belly band, insert or retail display packaging.
