THRIWA is the export brand of Guangzhou Sanwa Poker Co., Ltd., an OEM/ODM playing card manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. For more than 20 years, we have helped brands, publishers, and independent creators turn original concepts into finished card products.
Our in-house team manages the complete manufacturing workflow, from prepress and printing to finishing, quality inspection, and packing. We support partners across Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, including properly licensed co-branded IP projects.
Our Guangzhou facility combines German printing technology with automated finishing and inspection lines, supporting consistent production from the first approved proof to the final packed carton.
Our 50+ fully automatic machines include German Heidelberg presses, quality-inspection systems, and dedicated embossing, laminating, slitting, sorting, shrink-wrapping, and varnishing lines. Stated daily capacity is up to 200,000 decks.

THRIWA manufactures custom playing cards in poker and bridge sizes, tarot and oracle decks, educational flashcards, board game cards, trading cards (TCG), promotional cards, and PVC cards. Production is managed in-house at our Guangzhou facility.
The stated minimum order quantity is 500 decks for standard custom card projects. The final MOQ depends on the approved card count, material, finish, and packaging structure.
A physical sample typically takes 5–7 days, followed by 15–20 days for volume production after artwork approval. The final schedule is confirmed in the project quotation.
