Which production stages does THRIWA handle for custom cards?
Our production process covers printing, lamination, sorting and cutting, slitting and die-cutting, embossing, automated inspection, varnishing, and shrink wrapping. The exact production route is set according to your project specifications.
What types of card projects can the factory handle?
We manufacture playing cards, tarot and oracle decks, educational flashcards, board game cards, trading cards, promotional cards, and PVC cards.
Does THRIWA accept small-batch custom card orders?
Yes. We support small-batch custom production. Typical MOQs range from 200 to 500 sets, depending on the product type, materials, finishes, packaging, and production method. We’ll confirm the exact minimum when preparing your quotation.
How long does custom card production take?
Lead time depends on artwork readiness, proofing, order quantity, materials, finishing, packaging, and our current production schedule. We’ll provide a project-specific timeline once your final specifications are confirmed.
Can I approve a proof before bulk production?
Absolutely—and we recommend it. Our OEM/ODM process includes artwork and prepress review, and we offer both digital and physical proofing. We’ll recommend the appropriate option based on the level of verification required for color, materials, and packaging.
How are print defects and alignment issues checked?
Our automated inspection equipment screens for visible defects, color variation, and misregistration. We’ll also review the incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection plan with you for your specific project.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Please provide the card count per deck, finished dimensions, materials, surface and edge finishes, packaging, order quantity, artwork status, and destination country. Reference images or a target sample can also help us align on expectations.
