Since the early days of our business, our factory has been based at Zhongming Industrial Park, No. 2 Fuling Road, Tangmei Village, Xintang, Guangzhou. This facility has been our home, our workshop, and our quality control hub as we’ve grown into a specialist in custom card printing and board game manufacturing.
Today, we’re excited to announce a major milestone:
In January 2027, as our current property lease expires, our CEO has officially signed the contract to take over the management of the entire park.
What’s Changing (and What Isn’t)
First, the reassurance: our production address is not changing. We’re staying right here in Xintang, at the heart of one of Guangdong’s most efficient manufacturing and logistics hubs. What is changing is the scale, the identity, and the capabilities of the facility we call home.
1.A New Name: Sanwa(Thriwa)Industrial Park (Tentative)
With full operational control, we plan to rename the park from Zhongming Industrial Park to Sanwa(Thriwa) Industrial Park. This rebrand reflects our long-term commitment to the site and aligns the facility identity with our own brand.
2.A New Facade & Entrance
The main entrance will be fully renovated and redesigned, with a prominent Sanwa(Thriwa) logo and signage. For visiting clients, it will be a clear and confident statement of who we are and what we stand for: quality, reliability, and professionalism.
3.Office Expansion
Our administrative and creative offices will be significantly expanded. This allows us to grow our design, pre-press, and customer service teams, improving communication speed and project management for our international clients.
4.Factory Floor Upgrades
We will carry out targeted renovations across the production area, optimizing the workflow from printing → die-cutting → quality control → packaging. The goal is simple: higher efficiency, tighter quality control, and greater capacity for complex finishes .

Xintang’s manufacturing ecosystem—mature logistics, skilled labor, and dense supply chains—has supported our growth from a small print shop into a full-service custom card and board game manufacturer. Staying here was never a question; investing more deeply in this location was the natural next step.
Looking Ahead to 2027
We’re proud of where we’ve come from and even more excited about where we’re headed. When the new signage goes up and the upgraded offices and production lines come online, it won’t just be a new chapter for our company—it will be a new benchmark for the partners we serve.
